Authored the new guide and refined its technical details following product-manager feedback.

COMPLETE RELEASE DOCUMENTATION · 2024
I wrote the complete Office LTSC 2024 documentation set for Microsoft Learn, guiding IT administrators through planning, deployment, activation, and updates. The work spans the core guides and the related Windows, Mac, Project, Visio, and OneNote guidance.
From preview through general availability, I wrote the core guides and navigation and carried the release through the shared volume activation, Project, Visio, OneNote, and Mac guidance. The documentation connects each planning decision to deployment tasks and ongoing maintenance.
Published by Microsoft. My release contribution is preserved in the public caithart/OfficeDocs-DeployOffice fork. The live documentation has continued to evolve, and shared guides build on existing Office documentation.
CONNECTED SECURITY GUIDANCE / MICROSOFT INTUNE
I expanded and maintained the Microsoft Edge for Business security walkthrough in Intune, covering app protection, Conditional Access, app configuration, and Settings Catalog policies.
The work connects the policy setup with end-user behavior and troubleshooting. My public changes include new Settings Catalog and security-baseline guidance in the earlier walkthrough, plus revisions across the policy articles.
This work builds on shared Microsoft documentation. The current series has continued to evolve; the linked commits show my specific additions and revisions under nicholasswhite, preserved in my public MemDocs fork.
THE PROBLEM
An administrator needs more than a feature announcement. They need to understand prerequisites, supported behavior, configuration choices, and what to do when something changes. Documentation has to connect those answers across the product.
THE DECISIONS
The multiple managed accounts guide brings account separation, supported scenarios, policy behavior, and troubleshooting into one navigable explanation. I contributed the new guide with peer review and coauthorship.
The Windows app inventory work includes both a new guide and a substantial revision following product-manager feedback. The changes refine terminology, required and optional properties, report mappings, and collection behavior.
For the Power BI connector update, I added targeted migration guidance to an existing article and connected the change to related pages. Readers get an actionable path through the transition.
PUBLISHED WORK
The Intune examples show new guidance, collaborative writing, targeted revisions, and a connected Edge security walkthrough. The Office LTSC 2024 suite connects planning, deployment, activation, related applications, Mac guidance, and updates.
Microsoft Learn pages continue to evolve. The linked commits show my specific contribution; the current pages include subsequent work by other contributors.
